Directing the personnel management program for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic(CBOC). Performing and overseeing the full range of personnel management and administration for the CBOC. Performing additional Automated Data Processing Application Coordinator (ADPAC) duties. Performing patient advocate duties managing conflicts and problems that may arise within the CBOC. Providing budgeting and financial management of the CBOC. Participating with Ambulatory Care Service leadership in reviewing and requesting all aspects of office needs, plans, and goals. Managing procurement and contracting for the CBOC. Providing for the overall administrative management of the CBOC. Supervision of assigned Medical Support Assistant. Work Schedule:

Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized
Experience:
Applicants must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 grade level. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include but may not be limited to:
Personnel Administration and Management to include overseeing the full range of human resources requirements, providing advice and assistance concerning personnel processes and procedures, and providing orientation for new staff; Budgeting/Financial Management to include budget formulation, justification, and execution, budget/ financial reporting, providing advice on budgetary and finance issues, reviewing financial reports/resolving discrepancies, and assuring that all expenditures are properly authorized / documented; Procurement / Contracting / Inventory Management to include preparing procurement requests, evaluating proposals for work, maintaining procurement and contracting records, performing costs analysis, and preparing and reviewing purchase orders; Administrative Management to include interpreting administrative policies, developing and implementing policies, monitoring program performance, and coordinating the administrative aspects of an office; Clinic Management to include ensuring employees are scheduled timely and accurately for training, tracking and ensuring paperwork is processed in a timely manner, and collecting and analyzing data in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. OR, Education:
Applicants must possess two (2) years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position? Examples of qualifying degrees includes, but may not be limited to degrees in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration and Human Services. OR, Combination:
Applicants must possess a combination of experience and education that is qualifying for this position. To calculate, first identify the percentage of required education you have earned (when substituting, you cannot use the first 60 semester hours that you earned). Then identify the percentage of required experience you possess. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify at the GS-09. For example, an applicant who has 9 semester hours of graduate level education (i.e. 50% of graduate education required) and 6 months of creditable specialized experience (i.e. 50% of the required experience) would equal 100% of the required experience for the position.Applicants may substitute education for the experience required for the GS-09 level. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
