Visit Verification Coordinator

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Contact clients/care partners to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
Confirms accuracy of data such as days, dates, times of visits
Assists Client Care Coordinators with any payroll related issues - sends emails, makes phone calls, etc.
to retrieve accurate data
Works in Sandata daily - working exception reports to ensure 90% completion prior to first billing each billing cycle
Generates reports and works with team to respond to inquiries regarding data as requested
Assists the payroll coordinator as needed
Special projects / other duties as assigned

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
