Part-time Keytrak Supply Sales
This position would entail taking inbound calls from customers who are calling to order new or replacement supplies for their Key Control system.
You will assist them with their questions and then process their order.
You will be expected to help maintain accurate customer records and consistently review the phone mailbox to process overflow phone calls.
Other duties will include assisting other sales support divisions with special projects.
This position will also include contacting customers regarding payment of maintenance contracts that are past due.
We are the largest provider of key management systems in the country.
Our systems are used in many different businesses including auto dealerships, multi-family housing developments, government agencies, military bases, universities, hospitals and more.
Training:
On-the-job training is provided.
Requirements:
Excellent phone and customer service skills Ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills High attention to detailComputer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel Mature, responsible Great attitude and good workerIndependent worker who looks for work that needs to be done.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
