Leasing and Marketing Manager - Student Housing
The Leasing/Marketing Manager's main responsibilities includes managing, leading and directing all leasing all leasing activity to ensure a successful lease up.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Manage leasing staff
Oversee the entire leasing and renewal processes
Manage all lease files
Provide motivation and oversee sales goals on a daily basis
Track traffic, appointments, and leases daily
Complete weekly market surveys
Coordinate all community outreach marketing and locator visitor
Ensure leasing team has the proper material and supplies needed to be successful
Submit weekly reporting and weekend update reporting
Provide a support system for the leasing team and a method for daily accountability of leasing activity
Administer and review all lease paperwork
Requirements
Previous experience of leasing and marketing within the Student Housing industry
High school diploma or equivalent
2
years experience in a leasing role and/or management role strongly preferred
Excellent communication, management, leadership and counseling skills
Excellent interpersonal, motivational, listening and teaching skills
Computer literacy
Compensation & Benefits excellent compensation and benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and more.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
