Position SummaryAs a Center Manager, you will manage the Center's daily, monthly and annual operations.
Responsibilities will include driving a culture within the center focused on customer service, training Certified Personal Coaches, reviewing the performance of the Coaches, coaching individual lessons, and conducting club fittings, managing the duty roster to ensure efficient and successful Center operations, taking an active role in merchandising golf equipment, and conducting monthly inventory counts.
Roles and Responsibilities Uphold GOLFTEC Company Values & GOLFTEC Policies and Procedures Drive & support the culture of team in the Center Ensure Customer Service at the highest level and attend to client concerns as necessary Train and Onboard Certified Personal Coaches resulting in GOLFTEC University readiness and successful completion for all new Coaches Oversee performance of Coaches including conducting performance appraisals and annual reviews Complete Lesson Reviews with all Coaches Establish and manage the Center hours of operation and schedule book ensuring compliance with all mandatory breaks and GOLFTEC policy on lesson scheduling Performance Management Audit and approve timecards for all employees in the Center including requests for paid time off Conduct monthly physical inventory counts Split monthly commissions and conduct individual commission split meetings with all Coaches Report monthly on performance, projections, and action items Attend monthly Manager Calls Conduct Monthly Staff Meetings Coach individual lessons and club fittings Handle all requested refunds and customer concerns Ensure completion of the daily opening and closing checklist Mobility is an essential function of this career.
Center Managers generally need physical capabilities to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for sometimes extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds QualificationsCompensationGOLFTEC Coaches work together as a team.
GOLFTEC Coaches are paid a competitive base rate along with commissions, bonus opportunities, and other performance-based components.
Base compensation is in the form of an hourly rate plus overtime, and is based on location, and experience.
Monthly commissions, bonus opportunities, and other performance-based compensation components are based on the Center's performance as well as individual performance.

GOLFTEC Coaches work a set schedule, receive two days off per week, one being a weekend day Seven (7) paid holidays:
New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day All Coaches accrue paid Personal Time Off and are also awarded Personal Days which can be used to take time off from normally scheduled workdays Health Insurance (Company pays 50% of individual & family) 401(k) Plan available with employer match Short-Term Disability (paid for by employer) Dental and Vision Benefits available Non-PGA members receive $1,000 annually to assist with the costs of the PGA Professional Golf Management Program 100% of PGA Dues paid annually Continuing education allowance of $500 per year The opportunity to earn golf club benefits on an annual basis ranging from PUD to a Full Bag Annual clothing allotment Recommended Skills Auditing Coaching And Mentoring Customer Service Merchandising Performance Management Stock Control Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
